Terms & Conditions:
- Room rates are in THB and including breakfast & 7% government tax (VAT), we do not have a service charge and gratuities are at the guests’ discretion.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Our normal checkout time is at 12:00, for late checkout please contact us.
- 3rd Person: Infant 0/2 yrs free, child 3/11 yrs +200 THB/Room/Night.
Payment & Cancelation:
- We will send you a confirmation voucher with a credit card guarantee form, we will not charge your credit card unless the cancelation is made 14 days period to arrival.
- Group booking cancelation will be case by case.
